permissions

You should decide which groups of users should be permitted to read and/or modify information(-> Permissions).

You can choose between the following options:

"standard": The system copies the permissions from the next higher level. Here there are two different variations. If a piece of information is completely newly-created, the authorization settings of the pAdmin are taken over. If a piece of information is edited, the authorization settings of the previous version are assumed. In each case, the current standard settings are always indicated at the end of the input form.

"advanced": As soon as you click "next>>", you come to a list of all the permission-groups set up by the platform administrator. You assign permissions by clicking the respective checkbox (checkbox) for reading („read“) and/or writing permission („modify“). With the „set“-button the changes take effect.

If you edit an existing piece of information, the system displays the list of group permissions beneath the entry mask. If a small green tick appears in the first row ("read"), this group is read permitted, a small red cross states that the group is not read permitted. The second column("modify") shows the write permissions.
