Formatting text: For the field "Text" or "" you have three different ways to type in text. Please read up on this by following the respective link!
2) When all fields are filled in, click "next>>" to proceed (or "cancel" to abort the process).
3) A list of groups appears, where you can specify the permissions. (-> Assign permissions to groups) In most cases, a pre-selection is offered to you, which you can accept, but it's not mandatory.
4) Click on "Preview", to go to the preview page of the created fact.
At this stage, the system has saved the entered information and has associated a unique infoID with it (-> see Meaning of the factID)), and is showing you the ready layout.
Attention!
At that time the new content (fact) is still visible to you only. Until the fact is published it can not be accessed even by the users that you have permitted to read and/or write (-> Publish content).
